Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

Update of different cake products on the social media platforms
Drive sales through effective product recommendations and upselling.
Assist customers in their order delivery process.
Assist with inventory management, including conducting regular stock checks.
Respond to customers enquiries via all social media channels

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND in Business or related fields with 2 -3 years in the cake industry.

Salary
N70,000 – N80,000 monthly.
